"Unfortunately, COVID and staffing issues have affected some of our CPL Patient Service Centers (PSCs). I'm so sorry we've had to make these changes. As a result, we had to make a hard decision to temporarily close down a few of our PSCs and alter your IOP hours.
Effective this Monday, January 10th, the following changes will go into place through at least January 28th:
We will not have an In office Phlebotomist for your Lake Travis location (only). You will still have an In office Phlebotomist at your Westlake location.
In addition our PSCs that are now Closed:
- TPA3
- Austin Center Blvd
- Wells Branch
- Medical Parkway
- Giddings
PSC Hours changed to 7:00-4:00:
- Bailey Square
- Lakeline
- Bastrop
- Westlake
- Both Georgetown PSCs
- River Hills
