How Does Morpheus8 for Body Work?

Microneedling and radiofrequency are a powerhouse team for the skin — and they work together during a Morpheus8 for body treatment.

In these sessions, the skin is tightened while new collagen is being created to achieve skin that is firmer, healthier, and more youthful-looking. Morpheus8 for body uses microneedles that are longer than traditional microneedles in order to go even deeper into the layers. This ensures optimal results and even more radiant skin. The radiofrequency assistance works to remodel the tissues and contour fat. The result is a significantly improved appearance for the skin.

“Amazing experience! I’m loving what I see. I little more than a week ago, I had FaceTite and Morpheus8 done by Dr. Jukes. I am new to these things, which meant that I was more than a little nervous. But Dr. Jukes and her staff really helped me to relax and know I was in good hands. After the procedure, there was absolutely no bruising. I’m not even sure how that’s possible! Thank you Modern Women’s Health and Dr. Jukes!”

What to Expect During Treatment

Before treatment, we will cleanse, prep, and numb your skin where the microneedles will be penetrating. We will apply a topical numbing cream for 20 minutes and then inject a local dilute anesthetic.

In some cases, we will inject a local dilute anesthetic. The Morpheus8 device will be applied directly to the skin in a “stamp” pattern. As the device stamps, the microneedles will go into the skin and deliver radiofrequency heat energy.

This process melts unwanted fat, triggers new collagen, and tightens up the skin. This feels a bit uncomfortable, but not painful. The majority of patients who have this treatment done find it very tolerable, worth it, and are eager to return for their next session.
